The restaurant is conveniently accessible with an elevator that takes you directly to the 3rd floor. Be prepared for a wait, as service can take around 20 minutes from ordering to receiving your food. Compared to other halal restaurants in Kyoto, Istanbul Saray is on the pricier side. I highly recommend trying the Adana Kebab!

Came to Kyoto for the first time and wanted to try something different. This place did not disappoint at all. Friendly staff and the food was delicious. I came for lunch time and absolutely love this place to start my day. The chicken and Adana kabob were very well seasoned and appetizers with hummus and cheese stick were amazing. I will definitely come back here again to try out dinner before I leave Kyoto

We got tired of the tourist food and needed a palate reset. I was impressed by everything we ordered especially the tender lamb kebabs and kofta.

Amazing food. Everything was perfect. If you need a switch up from Japanese food this is where you need to go. Very authentic Turkish food with very kind, warm staff. Wish we had a location in the states!
