We stayed here as a family of 6. We loved every single bit, our rooms were clean, spacious (being able to lay out our luggage and still have space to walk around). Our windows had a night shade and we had no problem with noise from the streets coming into our room. The staff were all lovely and so helpful. And the best part is that as soon as you step out of the hotel it is close to Dotonbori and train stations. Would stay here again for our next trip to Osaka!

I had an amazing stay at Forza Osaka Namba Hotel. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Namba, making it super convenient for exploring Dotonbori, shopping streets, and nearby attractions. The room was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I loved the little touches like the handy amenities and the relaxing shower after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were warm, helpful, and attentive, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. They even gave great recommendations for local restaurants and tips on getting around. If you’re visiting Osaka and want a comfortable, stylish stay in a prime location, I highly recommend Forza Osaka Namba. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

We stayed at Forza during our vacation in Dotonbori and it was amazing! Literally in the heart of everything nearby - shopping streets, food stalls/restaurants and attractions. A few minute walk away from the famous glico sign and Don quijote also! They have a washer and dryer located in the lobby main floor by the elevators and a public toilet there as well with complimentary bathroom toiletries if needed. They have an iron available for request at the front desk and they also allow you to leave your luggage in the lobby if you’re early for check in or if you have to check out but don’t have a flight yet, you could leave your luggage and come back for it later. The staff here were so so accommodating and friendly! Most staff spoke English and tried to help us with any requests we had. We lost a piece of luggage at the airport and asked the hotel staff if they could call the airport and ask if they found anything. The next day they personally typed out and printed out a letter to us saying they contacted the airport again but with no luck of finding anything. Although they couldn’t find it, my fiancé and I were so appreciative that they took the time to do that for us. Over all, it was such an amazing experience coming to dotonburi! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

If you want to stay in the middle of all the action, stay here! It is on a very popular street with an overwhelming amount of restaurants and shops. I was a bit worried it would be too loud at night but once you get into the hotel it’s actually very quiet, and a good escape from the chaos outside (we stayed here during high season in April). The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. They also have a free espresso machine in the lobby! My only complaint is that the room smelled a bit like body odour and in the bathroom sometimes you get a sewer smell.

Great value for money hotel if you are looking to visit Osaka staying right in the middle of Dotonbori. The hotel is clean and cozy, the rooms, albeit small they are clean, comfy and super quiet! You cannot hear anything from the outside. Bathrooms are big enough and very clean as well. This hotel is better than half of other 4 star hotels I’ve been too.
