28 Wangsan-ro, Dongdaemun District, Seoul, South Korea
Rooms in Seoul are relatively small but this hotel has huge rooms. We arrived past 2 am in the morning and was still able to check-in in less than 2 minutes. There was an aircon even when its nearly winter which we like. The TV can access Youtube which is also a plus. The toilet bowl has built in bidet, heater, and automatic flush. Although, I have read a lot of negative reviews about the cleanliness of this hotel but we did not experience anything. Also, very close by to bus stops and metro stations. Room for improvement: Shower area is not securely closed which will leak the water to the sink area. Charging ports are hard to reach.
Well located with a few minutes walk to metro station. There are shops and eateries nearby. It is a little bit old hotel. Basically clean, well kept and providing all essential necessities for travelers. Don't expect fancy stuff. Room size is big when comparing with others closer to the center. Lobby design is a bit awkward. Staff is cool but still helpful. Overall a good value stay.
Walking distance to metro, with coffee shops and 7 eleven nearby. However, if you are travelling frequently to places like myeongdong, you’ll have to switch lines at dongdaemun. No toiletries provided, common with most Korean hotels. The dustbins in the room were incredibly narrow and tiny. But room was spacious with separated bathtub and shower space, and a heated toilet. There was also a balcony our suite twin room. Overall still a pleasant stay.
