This is a Seoul city wall ruins from the ancient Joseon era. It’s a up to 30 minutes trail you can walk yourself up to a hilly view of Seoul, and take a glance of DDP area.

Free museum, you will learn the historic gates that protect the old city of Hanseong and the walls that surround it. There are three floors to exhbits to see. There are english translations.

This place is free to visit and details the interesting history of the city wall. The permanent displays are on the first & third floor. The second "special exhibition" floor is currently closed. The city wall was built during the Joseon dynasty, founded in 1392. The wall, which is 18.6 km long, made use of the city's surrounding mountain features and was built across these ridges. A lot of archaeological excavation and renovation has brought this ancient structure back to life for the pleasure of people who can now walk a large proportion of this old city boundary.

An interesting place learning about the Seoul City Wall. Minimal 3D exhibits. Mostly digital or "labels" written text - in English also on 1F. On 3F you'll see more physical objects. There are 2 rooms on 3F. This is free to visit. There's a lift.

An open park which is good for morning or evening climbs. Not suitable for people with walking problems. Free entry ?
