Beautifully kept character home. Chemical free clean and sparkle with Enjo was wonderful and felt very safe in 2020. Hosts Pauline and Gerald couldn't have been more hospitable. Pauline's barrista coffee was spot on. Breakfasts both continental and hot which they tailor to fit all dietary needs, including Coeliac requirements. I wouldn't look anywhere else for my my next stay in CHCH.

Stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days for business trip. The hosts Pauline and Gerald were awesome hosts! Excellent location, excellent food and wonderfully managed rooms :) Could not have picked a better place - the hosts even sent me some of the luggage that I forgot to bring back with me to Auckland!!! Highly recommend this place. I personally really liked the family vibe/atmosphere of the place.

Thanks Pauline & Gerald for a lovely last minute stay. Beautiful big room, very comfy bed, superb water pressure in shower. Centrally located. Super breakfasts, lovely hosts, immaculate house. Lovely extras; games, books, night cap. We will be back!

The hosts are really lovely and the breakfast was amazing. Every Morning there was a different warm dish and fresh fruits from their garden available. If you staying in Christchurch we can definitely recommend the Homelea B&B.

We stayed two nights and felt very wellcomed. The room was cosy and very clean. Breakfast was delecious, every day a different warm dish. Everything you could think of. Pauline and Gerald are great hosts! The b&b is very central placed, City Center and restaurants in walking distance.
