I booked this hotel for one night while attending a wedding in Bradford. The location was excellent, with easy access to all amenities. Parking wasn’t free, but it was subsidized. The hotel room was spacious, though it didn’t offer all the amenities typically expected from an Express hotel. We arrived at 12:00 PM, and while our room wasn’t initially ready, the receptionist promptly followed up with the cleaning staff and had it ready within half an hour. She was very helpful and considerate. This hotel is ideal for a short stay, but if you're planning a longer visit, keep in mind it’s not a 5-star property. The location is very close to the town center, and I’ll definitely stay here again.

Really impressed with this hotel. Cheap and affordable but at the same time the room was brilliant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Brilliant range for breakfast. Car park takes you straight into hotel via lift and for £1.50 a day parking you can’t go wrong! Entertainment next door- bowling open late, arcade and restaurants. Ideal

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service During a Challenging Time I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express while travelling from Australia under some very difficult personal circumstances. What could have been a stressful and exhausting experience was made so much more bearable thanks to one exceptional staff member — Jason. From the moment I arrived, Jason went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. His empathy, professionalism, and genuine kindness made a huge difference to my stay. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located, but it was Jason’s outstanding service that really set this experience apart. In times like these, people like him make all the difference. Highly recommend this hotel, and if you have the pleasure of being looked after by Jason, know that you're in excellent hands.

Very nice hotel we stay 2 nights. Breakfast very good . Friendly staff .clean room . Every thing near to hotel . Next time again I book this hotel. Just parking issue because no free parking. We buy weekly pas in £10 . And many time you in or out with this pass . Pay able parking very near
