I’m a regular customer at your West Hendon branch, but I couldn’t find the same taste I usually enjoy there at the Colindale location. It wasn’t even worth the money - the meat lacked flavour. Also, please update your Uber Eats beverage options. I ordered a Fanta but received something called Ice, which I didn’t enjoy at all. I’ll definitely be sticking to the Hendon branch from now on.

I ordered chicken and rice large via uber eats and really disappointed. This is exactly opposite of what they show us on social media videos. Colindale branch shah halal only sent with one type of salad however in videos they show 3/4 types of salad, and with very less portion of rice even though i ordered large! I will never order again. So turns out that the lamb isn’t just lamb…

Absolutely unacceptable and deeply disrespectful. I ordered from this store via Uber Eats, and the dish was clearly labeled as lamb. I trusted the description and ate it only to find out later that it was actually a mix of lamb and beef, something that was never disclosed on the menu.

As a Hindu, eating beef is a serious violation of my religious beliefs. This is not just a labeling error , it’s a complete lack of transparency, integrity, and cultural sensitivity. Mislabeling meat, especially when it has such profound religious and personal implications, is grossly irresponsible and offensive.

There needs to be accountability for this. Consumers deserve to know exactly what they’re eating. This experience has left me extremely upset and I will never be ordering from this business again. I hope others who care about honest labeling and basic respect take their business elsewhere.
