Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are standard Express, nothing wrong with that. Breakfast as others have said is superb as hot or cold, wide spread choices. The location is also very good, near to the city centre and good access to Dundee, Stirling etc. I'd like also say that The Maltings pub next to the hotel is also excellent value, choice menu and again the staff are super obliging and friendly. Well worth a visit to both.

I was given an excellent room away from the main road. Everything was excellent, even to the point where the receptionist brought me a sandwich I had ordered downstairs, which they didn't have to do. The only negative observation was that the lift was out of order for the whole week I was there, which was inconvenient as I was on the 1st floor at the back of the building, so coming and going became a bit of an irritation.

A great location for an overnight stay. Staff were attentive and my room was perfectly fine for the price. Breakfast in the morning was pretty decent, all you can eat buffet. Plenty of easy parking, pub next door, BP across the road for snacks etc. I took a walk up the road to Nando’s which is pretty close by!

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are acceptable. The breakfast is good if only staying a short while. It is the same thing every morning, so it could get repetitive.
