I recently stayed at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast and had a wonderful experience not just during my stay, but even after I checked out. I had accidentally left a parcel in my room, and to my surprise, the hotel staff went above and beyond to locate and return it to me. Their honesty, professionalism, and prompt communication truly impressed me. I’m extremely grateful for their help and support. This experience has made me a loyal guest. I’ll definitely choose Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast every time I visit Desaru. Highly recommended for both the stay and the outstanding service!

I was skeptical at first after reading some negative reviews, but our experience was completely different. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive from check-in to check-out. Our room was spacious, beautifully renovated, and even had music playing when we arrived, the atmosphere was really good. Though the pool was small, it featured underwater music, making it a unique and relaxing experience. There were plenty of dining options and a convenient buggy service to the car park and private beach. The team was always helpful, even for short rides in the heat. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

I've stayed in numerous hotels over the years, but I've never felt compelled to write a compliment until now. The team at Hard Rock Hotel (Desaru Coast) truly deserves recognition for their exceptional hospitality. Every single staff member, from the front desk to the security personnel patrolling the car park, greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. What's impressive is that this level of service started even before my stay, with a thoughtful WhatsApp greeting message two days prior, making me feel like a valued guest. One encounter that truly touched my heart was with a staff member in the lift. I stepped in with my baby girl, and the staff member pressed level 3 while I pressed level 6. To my surprise, the lift went straight to level 6 without stopping at level 3. I suspect that the staff member had discreetly "unpressed" their button to prioritize us, allowing us to reach our destination without interruption. This small act of kindness and consideration speaks volumes about the team's commitment to providing exceptional service. Kudos to everyone for a job well done! Keep rocking!

Stayed at Desaru Coast Hard Rock hotel with the family. Reach about 4plus for check in and was smooth. Overall, the staff is nice and courteous, with transparency on price for transport and others. Room is nice and clean. Got the highest level so quite a nice view looking over the waterpark. Didn’t had time to go water park for this stay but will definitely return to check out the water park. Breakfast has a variety, each day different food served. Went for a spa session at the hotel and was rejuvenated. Overall, a pleasant stay at Desaru Coast Hard Rock Hotel.
