Grand Hyatt, you have been amazing! I really enjoyed my stay there for about a week. It was cozy, comfortable and luxurious! The food was very good and i especially love the roasted chicken rice. A simple dish but so well executed. The service was also amazing and the staff were super friendly! I would love to stay here again if i have another opportunity. Thank you Grand Hyatt!

Staying at this hotels twice to celebrate our wedding anniversary is the best choice we have made. The staff is friendly and always at the top to provide best services. The breakfast at Thirty8 is something I always look forward every time staying at this hotel. The most important part, the cleanliness of the room and dining place are at top notch.

Had a wonderful short break at Grand Hyatt Park! The room was lovely and had a beautiful view of the tower definitely worth it. Everything was clean, comfortable, and made for a very relaxing stay. I’m really happy with the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality getaway.

It’s been a while since I last stayed at this hotel and this time I came back with some friends during our trip to KL. The hotel still offers a really nice view of the KLCC Twin Towers which is a big plus. Location is super convenient with plenty of shopping malls and restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and overall comfortable but the bath tub stopper was broken so that was a small letdown. The breakfast buffet was definitely a highlight with a lot of food choices and I especially enjoyed the bread along with the KLCC view in the morning.

GH KL is one of our fav hotel in KL! As a matter of fact, this hotels service ranks amongst tops in all our different hotel stays! We make it our preference to book our stay here every time we get a chance to visit. In all our past stays (3-4X) it has been exceptional. The hotel’s physical attributes have been kept nice. The breakfast spread is awesome—in its offering varieties and overall taste. But it’s the staff that really brings this hotel to the next level-exceptionally professional & genuine. We look forward to our next stay here this July!
