Came for a birthday lunch with family. Great food and friendly staff. The building itself has great character and is adorned with hanging plants and interesting local photos, art and artefacts. Price was pretty decent and we all rolled out the door with plenty of leftovers for dinner!
Tony was absolutely outstanding as the barman at the 21st function last night! His professionalism, energy, and incredible service made the night unforgettable. He kept the drinks flowing, engaged with guests brilliantly, and created an amazing atmosphere. If you're looking for someone who truly elevates an event, Tony is the one. Huge thanks to him for making this celebration so special!
Great venue for a function, we had a 21st birthday celebration upstairs and the space was perfect. The bar has lots of Character, the balcony area was perfect, we had use of the room next door for a Photo Booth and we had Tony at the bar who was an absolute champion, really went above and beyond, met every request with a smile and kept a positive energy at the bar the whole night. Many thanks Tony
Stopped in for a late arvo meal, food was delicious, large portions...the chips were incredible! Some staff were excellent, super friendly while others were exuding an aura of misery/snobbery that made you feel like you were interrupting some secret priority task I should have known about by going to the bar and ordering drinks. Very cool interior of where old meets new. Lots of tellies for sports, and a very cool atrium/vine situation in the middle of it all. Very cool (apart from the couple of cranks working there)
This place has a nice vibe. Quite relaxed, good selection of food and beverages. Rooms upstairs you can hire for work meetings or planning days. Love that they have a doggy menu and the court yard is child friendly on a weekend if you're happy to bring your kiddos to a pub venue. I have fond memories from when it was the old Rosie O'Gradys pub so it's nice that alot of the authentic, heritage layout is still the same. Would chill there again ☺️
