Nice hotel with friendly staff and great location. Everything around it is still being built, but it's handy to walk to MTR or malls easily. Rooms are SMALL but functional, comfortable beds (if you like a firm mattress). Pool was advertised as open on their website but when we checked in we were told they didn't have an operating licence for the pool so it couldn't be used (edit: pool opened during our stay on last day). Breakfast is 50/50, food is a little hit and miss for the price but plenty of options. The restaurant is quite small so it can be crowded during busy times and the food often runs out, but is replaced quickly. Overall I would stay again, it's not too bad.

Stayed at Dorset Kai Tak for the Coldplay concert and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The location made concert travel super convenient, and the rooms were stylish, clean, and comfortable. A special shoutout to Mr. Lincoln Wong - one of the sweetest and most attentive guest service executives I’ve ever met. His warmth and professionalism truly made our stay extra special. Thank you for the unforgettable hospitality - can’t wait to come back!

Our room was are very comfortable and clean. The bed was particularly comfy, with fine bedding and linens. Size was slightly small for a five star hotel. But still good value for the price. Only downside during our stay was the location. Restaurants and mtr station is a 15 minute walk away.
