It’s surprising to find a home-made burger here. Though it takes some time to wait, but the bite will be worthy for it. The sauce and the meat match quite well. I am told that even the sauce is homemade by the chef himself.
One of the best gourmet shrimp burgers in Hong Kong- ABSOLUTELY BIG in size, huge amount of purple cabbages being neatly stacked between two beautiful fluffy buttery brioche burger buns smeared with wasabi mayo. The deep-fried shrimp patty was really fresh and springy, tasted authentic without any additives. You could tell from the perfect juicy bouncy texture, that the shrimps were all minced in house. Added a few bucks to get a big box of fresh hot crunchy thick-cut fries, served with chilled ketchup.
Shawarma Flavor? The Shawarma was a delightful explosion of flavors. The marinated meat was tender and juicy, with a perfect blend of spices that provided a rich and savory taste. The garlic sauce added a creamy, tangy contrast that balanced the meat‘s richness beautifully. Texture? The meat was cooked to perfection, with a slightly crispy exterior and a tender, succulent interior. The fresh vegetables, including tomatoes, lettuce, and onions, added a refreshing crunch that complemented the softness of the meat and pita bread. Presentation? The Shawarma was beautifully presented, with the vibrant colors of the fresh vegetables contrasting nicely with the golden-brown meat. It was wrapped snugly in soft, warm pita bread, making it easy to eat and enjoy. French Fries classic and satisfying. They had a nice, salty flavor that was enhanced by a slight touch of seasoning. The potato taste was fresh, and they weren’t overly greasy, which made them a pleasure to eat. The fries had a perfect balance between crispy and soft. The exterior was golden and crispy, while the inside was fluffy and tender. Each bite provided a delightful crunch followed by a soft, melt-in-your-mouth sensation. Pepperoni Pizza? The Pepperoni Pizza was a delicious treat. The tomato sauce was tangy and slightly sweet, providing a flavorful base. The pepperoni slices were savory and slightly spicy, adding a nice kick to each bite. The cheese was melted to perfection, giving a gooey, satisfying texture.
Walked in on a weekday afternoon and the place was empty. Food was made after ordering and it took around 10 minutes to be served. Fries were the thick ones which was nice, but could have used more seasonings. I could barely tasted any salt on the fries. The burger tasted nice too. Fresh veges on a grilled bun with a good amount of sauce added.
