So happy to be able to taste Mediterranean food in Hong Kong. The interior design reminded me of Europe with all the wine bottles and the Spanish music. Very nice classy vibe. We started off with the hallumi cheese which was super soft and flavorful. The octopus is tender and soft. The ibérico spare ribs had a crispy skin with a strong cumin flavor. The salsa complimented very well with the spare ribs. The kanafeh was not overly sweet. It was crispy and warm. Great place to check out if you have never had middle eastern dishes before.

February 2025: Lamees is delicious! We loved the baba ganoush with extra pita bread. We also enjoyed the oxtail tagine with couscous. The portions are small relative to the price so just be aware in case you need to eat a snack beforehand or afterwards. The chef also comes out sometimes and talks to the customers, which is lovely.

? Hidden gem serving addictive Mediterranean fare! Moody Middle Eastern vibe with terracotta walls and live music. Must-try: Creamy lamb hummus + pita ?, smoky halloumi with spices ?, buttery dry-aged lamb rack ? ($460), and sticky date cake with ice cream ?. Pair with: Local stout (chocolatey!) ? or thick avocado shake ?. Pure bliss in every bite!

I brought my Cantonese in-laws here and we all loved it, despite them being hesitant to try foreign food. We tried the hummus, halloumi, fattoush, Wagyu beef, mussels, prawn yellow rice, and kanafeh—my personal favorites were the truffle hummus, mussels, and prawn rice. All seemed authentic and tasty to me, though I recommend sharing Canto-style like we did with a bigger group so you can try more of the menu (just be sure to make a reservation ahead of time)! The atmosphere was fantastic as well, with great music, cozy interior design, and a nice, clean bathroom. My only small suggestion would be to provide wipes or cloth napkins instead of paper napkins as there’s a lot of stuff to eat with your hands, which gets messy. Would definitely come here again!!
