I must say that the service given was GREAT. Never have I gotten a quick turnaround time asking things from housekeepers, even in 5/6 stars hotel. I called and they came, provided the items within 5 minutes. Kudos to the housekeeping team! Good location and KL Twin tower is only 5 mins walk, so is the monorail station. Two minor thing is that the bathroom need refurbishing, i can see old stain in the shower area. Not a big problem though. The other one was parking, really need a skill driver to get in because a couple of narrow turns but I was able to manage to get in and out without problem. Parking is free. Everything else was good.

Renovated apartments are very good for family stay in KL. Rooms are clean and comfortable Laundry RM10 per 1kg Things to be improved 1. Mirror in 2nd and 3rd bedroom 2. Water pressure is very bad 3. Extra pillows, now only 1 pillow per person

This hotel may be showing its age a little bit the rooms are large and clean, the staff are attentive and it’s a great location. Good value for money.

A HISTORICAL FAMILY GATHERING AT THE CROWN REGENCY SERVICE SUITE! It was an auspicious occasion for my beloved wife Ruth Karam Chand 79th Birthday. The two double beds & with extra beds have helped more people to stay & sleep overnight. Thanks to the management for an excellent arrangement. The kitchen, electric stove, fridge and all the cutlery is an additional advantage. The children decided to bring pot-luck of their favourite dishes this time. The management gave us a complimentary Birthday cake & special wine. The Suite is so spacious and easy to move around. Earlier on the kids enjoyed the Swimming pool, facing KLCC on the 3rd floor. The family enjoyed the festivity of fireworks at night. It is a memorable event for the family. We thank God for his great blessings and everything went well. A special thanks to the GM Mdm Dorothy Lee and the Operation Manager Edwyn Liong and also the excellent staff. Service is excellent. Hospitality is excellent. And additional advantage is just a walking distance there are several Indian food stalls. Cheap and delicious. Some are 24 hours.We checked- in on 29th March morning and check-out on Monday 31st afternoon.
