There’s always a clerk at the desk anytime of day to help with your requests. They have a coffee machine you can have complementary drinks when you need that caffeine. Rooms is very clean and modern, looks to be recently renovated with the bath/washroom with new furnishings. Very happy with my stay, we stayed for 2 nights!! Definitely recommend!!!!

Loved our stay here. Especially the staff! They were always very helpful, polite and nice. At one morning we had an emergency alert drill go off at our phones and they reassured us everything was fine. I really miss Kyoto and i would definitely book this hotel again.
