My recent stay at Hotel Big M was nothing short of wonderful. Situated in a great location, the hotel offers easy access to many attractions, and there is a fantastic pure veg restaurant nearby, which was a big plus for me. The staff at Hotel Big M were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my stay. Daily room service was prompt and reliable, with the room kept in pristine condition without fail. A deposit of 50RM is required as a security measure, but it was refunded without any hassle at check-out, which added to my peace of mind. One of the unique features of this hotel is its common sitting area on the top floor. This space is ideal for those with late flights or early arrivals, providing a comfortable place to relax with access to a common washroom and 24*7 free filter water. Additionally, the hotel offers a free luggage room, which was incredibly helpful for storing my bags after checking out. I also appreciated the convenience of having an iron available on my floor, making it easy to freshen up my clothes whenever needed. Overall, the experience at Hotel Big M was definitely worth the money spent. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, great location, and value for money.

Recommended ? The rooms were compact but the location was superb. At the heart of KL with all major attractions at a very accessible distance. Metro rail station at 100m and bust stops at 50m distance. Grab and taxis were easily available. Surrounded by restaurant, convenient stores, laundry, etc. Indians must cinsider this option as the vicinity has lot many good Indian restaurants. The rooftop offers stunning views of River of life, Merdeka 118 and other tall buildings. The hotel staff was great at service and cordial. Cons - although the hotel is right beside the main road, lat at night a few homeless druggies were seen sleeping beside the hotel entrance footpath, which felt slightly scary and unsafe.

The service staff at Big M Hotel were excellent—friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. However, I was concerned by the lack of visible security presence at night. This could be dangerous, especially for the staff working late shifts. I hope the management considers improving night-time security for everyone’s safe.

I always choose this hotel for a short stay in KL because it's quite clean and very close to the LRT station (literally right next to the hotel). Each room comes with a hair dryer, towel, body shampoo, and single-use toothpaste and toothbrush. The price is definitely considered cheap, given the amenities provided and the convenient location. There are plenty of food options nearby — McDonald's is right beside the hotel, and KFC is just across the street. The only downside is that there's no fridge in the room.
