On our first stay here they let us leave our luggage at the front desk due to some flight issues so we could explore the city. On our second stay here they let us check in early. Front desk staff were super friendly and go above and beyond. The beds were comfortable and the close proximity to the train station to get into the city was super convenient. If we ever find ourselves in Brisbane again we would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Best Western Airport Motel, wonderful people! I made the mistake of booking at the Airway Motel, half a block from this Best Western. The manager of the Airway Motel wanted to charge me $20 to store my luggage until the room was ready and said he would NEVER let anyone check in early. The staff at the Best Western allowed me to store my luggage, they were polite and courteous. If I pass through this area again I'll be staying at the Best Western. They helped me out even though I wasn't a customer. I'll certainly be one in the future!

Great reception service on arrival. As we were two ladies the twin bed unit was at the back of the complex which was not a tidy area. The room was small with a double and single bed both were comfortable. We found an extra blanket and duvet in the cupboard as only sheets on the bed. The bathroom was OK with a walking shower. The continental breakfast was ample cereals, yoghurt and fruit also 3 types of toast and spread varieties. We loved chatting to the other guests. Value for money yes as how often is breakfast included. The train across the road is easy access to the airport.
