Excellent hotel for long-term lease. Well-appointed rooms. Good views of the surrounding suburbs. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly & accommodating staff. Location is very convenient, near 2 supermarkets, restaurants and access to public transportation (buses & CityCat)!! Ample parking space. We stayed here for 2 & a half years … and will do it again if sent to Brisbane! Three cheers for Alcyone, their management & staff!

The team at Alcyone Hotel Residences are awesome - and special shout out to Sian! They made us feel incredibly welcome and were super accommodating when plans changed along the way. The hotel itself is perfectly located and the accommodation is spacious, comfortable and very clean. We cannot fault it, and would definitely choose to stay again. Thank you! 5 stars from us.

I recently stayed at Alcyone Hotel Residences and was genuinely blown away by the level of customer service. From the moment I spoke with the team on the phone to my in-person experience, the service was next level. In Australia, great customer service can be hard to come by, but the staff here were welcoming, helpful, and made me feel like more than just a guest — I felt like a friend. The room was beautiful and had everything I needed. The parking was easy and conveniently close, which I really appreciated. The location was perfect for me as well — I was attending a 6am family wedding just a minute’s walk away. Overall, this stay was faultless. I would happily return, even just for a relaxing getaway. Thank you so much to the team for making my stay so enjoyable!

Fantastic hotel with lovely and friendly staff. Everything was clean and the location is amazing. Lots of cafes and restaurants right at its doorstep. There is also an excellent park opposite the hotel. Short walk to Bluey World suggested by the hotel concierge. Highly recommended ?.

We had the most wonderful 15 night stay at the Alcyone Hotel Hamilton. From initial engagement with Reservation Sian through to touch point with reception staff and housekeeping everything was simply fantastic. Friendly, efficient and hospitable staff. Alcyone is excellently located at Hamilton Wharf and only 10 mins to the city or airport. So many great eating and drinking spots in the precinct as well as a great barber shop just downstairs. Highly recommend this property for its quality and price point , coupled with excellent service - you simply won’t find a better apartment hotel in Brisbane. Well done to Sian and the team.
