Clean room and quite good facilities are served like electronic kettle, small refrigerator and amenities. Satisfied location near to the subway station and bus stop. I was worried about the noise but I could not heard of that. Good place good price and service. Gran bath was really good for rest during the trip.

This hotel has an amazing location that my partner and I loved! The hotel is situated on a street with rows of cherry blossoms that were blooming and a river nearby to picnic. The location was also very close to the train station, good, shopping, and more! Staff were welcoming and incredibly kind to us during our stay. The street noise was noticeable but did not impede our ability to sleep. The rooms were new, spacious, and clean! We had an excellent stay in Kyoto at this hotel and would book here again.

Location and services were fantastic. The rooms were decent but a little overpriced. I don't know if it was just the room I stayed in, but the bathroom has some short of smell. I can't point to what the smell is, but it was just there.

Everything about ABiz hotel was perfect. Just what we needed. Beautiful staff, clean rooms, great location. Would stay here again
