300, 2 Charoen Krung Road, Yan Nawa, Sathon, Bangkok 10120, Thailand
This hotel offers a minimalist and clean concept, perfect for those seeking a private experience. It’s never crowded, making it probably the best place in Bangkok for privacy. The staff is exceptionally well-trained, providing a top-notch hospitality experience. Breakfast is simple, excellent, and health-focused. While the options are limited, that’s the idea – everything is healthy and exactly what you need to maintain a balanced diet. The spa was excellent, but there are a couple of things to mention: the music isn’t consistent, and sometimes rhythmic tunes disrupt the meditation vibe. On my second visit also, it was very cold, and I left feeling almost frozen. The hotel is ultra-modern. You can manage everything from a tablet – ordering food without making a phone call, for example. It’s the first time I’ve seen this anywhere in the world, and I’ve stayed in many top-tier hotels globally. The fitness room is small but sufficient for basic needs. I didn’t visit the bar or the Michelin-starred restaurant because I didn't have time (I wished to however), but the regular restaurant is excellent. Lastly, when heading to the mall, I highly recommend taking the boat provided by the hotel instead of a car – the experience is stunning.
This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were all so friendly and so accommodating. I was always greeted with a smile. My massage with Annie was incredible. She was so kind and I have honestly never felt so amazing. I cannot say enough nice words about this hotel and the staff.
There is nothing to fault about this hotel! We stayed in the suite overlooking the river. 1. Our room has river views from bedroom, lounge and bathroom. 2. Customer service here should be the benchmark for all hotels! Amazing in every way. From reception to cleaners. 3. Superb health delicious breakfast options. Can't praise this hotel enough! Deserving of best hotel in Thailand.
Having stayed at the Four Seasons Bangkok multiple times, I wanted to try the property next door, the Capella. I didn't regret it. While I love the Four Seasons, this hotel has a much more personal experience. The staff knows you by name, they care about your stay, and are willing to do anything to ensure you have a good time. My "Culturist" was available every night to help me with my plans. She was great. The rooms are incredible, the location is great. When it comes to luxury, you can't go wrong with the Four Seasons, but when you want that extra touch, try out the Capella.
Really impressed with the vibe at Stella. The bar is gorgeous, and the whole setup feels polished without being too formal. Khun Taan was behind the bar and made a great cocktail balanced, smooth, with just the right citrus twist. Nice touches like a water glass and snacks served alongside. Solid spot if you’re into well-made drinks and a calm, classy atmosphere.
