River of Life, Jalan Tun Perak, Kuala Lumpur City Centre, 50050 Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
The pictures on the buildings are beautiful. You can see big fish in the water. However, there is not much to be done. You can go for a walk to visit mosques and structures in the surrounding area.
It is a much better experience to visit this place in the evening. The blue lights that come on in the evening really make the place look alive. The daytime experience is a little less appealing, especially as the dome on the mosque looks very shabby and in need of a paint.
Kolam Biru, part of the River of Life project in Kuala Lumpur, is a mesmerizing attraction that transforms the historic confluence of the Klang and Gombak rivers into a breathtaking sight. The area comes alive at night with a striking blue mist effect and synchronized water fountains, creating a serene and picturesque ambiance. This transformation symbolizes the city's effort to rejuvenate its rivers while preserving their historical significance. Once a key trading hub in Kuala Lumpur’s early days, the site is now a must-visit destination for locals and tourists alike, offering a perfect blend of heritage and modern aesthetics.
This is just another place in front or beside the Masjid. It got fountain activated sometimes so the view is very nice. You can take photos right in front of the brigde that got this place as backdrop.
