So beautiful! You can really see how much effort was put into building up and maintaining this absolutely stunning botanical garden. Free entry and free public toilets on top! Great possibility to walk along the river and still enjoy the views from the garden. Highly recommend!!

This is a beautiful spot to get you started exploring the city! It's surrounded by the winding river ad is filled with beautiful blooming trees and shrubs. There's even a place for the kids to play. Walking, biking or just relaxing...this is the place to do it all in a historic setting!

While not exactly a scientific botanical garden and more of a recreation area in the heart of the city, this is a great place to relax and enjoy some remarkable ancient trees. Keep an eye open for the fruit bats in the evening. I visited several times. There is a market on Sundays, I had several hours in Christmas day wandering and watching. The cafe at the river point is good for breakfast or brunch.

The City Botanic Gardens is a must-visit for nature lovers. It’s a great place for a relaxing stroll, a picnic, or even some wildlife spotting. You can spot Australian ibises, ducks, Australian water dragons…There is also a playground, perfect for families and children to enjoy.

Beautiful place to visit right in the city center of Brisbane. Wonderful place to have a relaxed walk in the afternoon. Highly recommend for the first-time visitors who stay in the downtown area. Another way to enjoy the park is riding electronic scooters if you don't feel like walking. We will definitely come again next time.
