29 River Terrace, Kangaroo Point QLD 4169, Australia
Great picnic spot with a couple of bbq that's seem to be quite popular with locals. Some people do rock climbing as well. There are some toilets. Separate jogging and bike tracks. Well maintained. Yes it's wheelchair friendly but parking is difficult. Worth coming if you are in the area but otherwise it offers the same riverside view just like any other parks nearby.
It’s a really nice spot to walk either during night time or during the day time. You can enjoy the city view of Brisbane CBD. I took out 1 start because there wasn’t much light at the stairs we climbed up and down from the river walk down the hill to the street people parked. It feels pretty dangerous to me. You won’t find these blind spots in Sydney.
Kangaroo Point never disappoints. The views from the cliffs are absolutely stunning — a perfect blend of city skyline, river serenity, and natural beauty. Whether you're there for a morning jog, sunset walk, or a quiet moment of reflection, the atmosphere is peaceful and inspiring. A must-visit spot in Brisbane for both locals and visitors. Always clean, safe, and well-maintained. It's truly one of the city’s gems!
Kangaroo Point is absolutely beautiful! The views are stunning, with the river running alongside, creating such a relaxing and calm atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to unwind, take a peaceful walk, or just sit and enjoy the scenery. Need some quiet time, it’s a spot that truly captures the beauty of Brisbane.
Wow! Incredible climbing at a public city park! I loved the floodlights so we could climb at night! If you’re watching a climber, remember not to fly your drone into the belayer!
