The place is great! It's very clean, and the ambience is so good! The people here are very cheerful, and the environment is not that harsh even during summer. There are a lot of things to do such taking pictures, feeding fish, jog, or simply having a picnic with your loved ones. The entrance is free.

This famous location is steeped in a lot of history and national pride. The ground level has a very detailed and well maintained museum dedicated to his life with a lot of original and historical personal pieces of his. The top level boasts a large bronze statue. The memorial is surrounded by a large and beautiful garden. Well worth a visit.

It was raining when we got there, but the place was still open, which was great. Tip for anyone visiting—bring an umbrella just in case! Super easy to get to, only a few stations away from Ximending. The whole area is really spacious and peaceful, even with the rain. The architecture is super impressive, and the massive statue inside is definitely a must-see. It’s a great spot to soak in some history, take nice photos, and just walk around. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Taipei!
