This was our first time staying at Z Hotel. They provide free parking, but since space is limited, they use a car lift, which is pretty cool! We arrived on a Wednesday night, and there was a night market right downstairs. There are many restaurants nearby, too. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. It was surprised to see a ceiling fan in a hotel room, though. The water pressure was strong, and the water heater worked perfectly. I think they can improve the cleanliness as we notice some dust around the bed and table. Overall, it was a decent stay.

During my holiday in Johor Bahru, I had an excellent stay at Z Hotel. The customer service was outstanding, with the staff being highly efficient, understanding, and always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate my requests. A special mention goes to Mr. Aloy from the private lift—his dedication and exceptional service truly made a difference. Every time we returned to the hotel, he would rush to assist us with the car lift, even though we were familiar with its operation. His attentiveness and commitment to ensuring a smooth experience were truly commendable. The hotel’s overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the hospitality provided by the team made my stay even more enjoyable. I had a pleasant experience and will definitely return in the future. Z Hotel is highly recommended for those seeking top-notch service and a comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our one nite stay immensely. The room is stylishly simple and the view is fabulous with the sunrise in the morning. The car lift is a delight and the staff are attentive! Thanks for existing, Z Hotel!

Pros: Nice city + seaside + Singapore view. Room was spacious, bathroom was spacious and clean. Strategic location. Friendly staffs Fancy carpark: located at 5th to 7th floor. You got to drive your vehicle into the lift and it takes u to the car park. Cc: CLAUSTROPHOBIC individuals - take note Cons: Our room was attached to another room, there was a door shut in between. Neighbor was noisy. Price - paid 167 for a night through booking.com, a little on the higher side, but it was okay for us Definitely a recommended stay❤️

"Great hotel! The location is easy to find, and the cleanliness and setup are top-notch. The room is spacious, and the toilet and gym facilities are excellent.
