64 Kilmore Street, Christchurch Central City, Christchurch 8013, New Zealand
It's an excellent hotel to stay. The place is neat and tidy. Every room is housed with all the amenities like we have at home like electric stove, microwave, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washer and dryer.
I had a wonderful stay for a conference. The staff really looked after me, especially when there was a mix up with my booking and did their best to accommodate me at very short notice. Thank you Santosh and Pragya for your wonderful service.
Really good hotel but not quite as good as they first were. Christchurch has lots of new hotels so the competition is strong. The rooms are good. I think they may be doing the same as many hotels/motels and not changing HEPA filters on vacuums often enough. So rooms can be dusty. They also only service rooms each 3 days. Very good in room laundry systems. Comfortable beds. In house cafe with buffet breakfast. The cafe has a drinks happy hour. Hotel parking is an issue. You pay for parking and are allocated a numbered car park. But everyone ignores this and takes the park closest to the hotel entrance. Hotel staff know licence plates and still refuse to police this. Maybe a red/green light system would help people understand which parks are allocated. Hotel is reasonably close to city dinning precinct.
No complaints here. Close to Christchurch Center City. Room was small, but comfortable and the service was great. Breakfast is pricey, but there are plenty of choices nearby.
