Reception was cold and unwelcoming. The young lady working on 2 Jun afternoon to 3 Jun morning really ought not be in the reception as she does not have manners. For breakfast, I asked to take away my breakfast, was presented with 2 heavy plates and asked to bring the breakfast up myself in a tray. For a 4 Star Hotel, the value and service vs price paid is totally unacceptable. Please work on improving your service. A hotel may look great but it’s the staff that makes the difference!

I am writing to express my disappointment with my stay at this hotel. It was supposed to be a perfect weekend and we were hoping to have a nice stay as I traveled from Europe to attend my son’s and daughter-in-law’s wedding.

Starting with the negative points:

- Parking: I was not informed that a reservation was required. If you need parking, make sure to book in advance and confirm the cost.
- Customer service: What a disappointment, especially at the reception. I have never experienced such a cold and unwelcoming service, both in person and over the phone. As a Front Desk Manager myself, I find this kind of attitude and ‘hospitality’ truly shameful!
- Food: Some dishes were well presented and flavorful, while others were best left untouched. This of course, is a matter of personal preference.
- Cleanliness: Could be a lot better.

The only positive aspect of my stay was the housekeeping staff member who worked on February 1st—such a kind and friendly young woman. Congratulations to her for maintaining a warm and welcoming attitude amid so much disappointment.

Honestly, the high price does not justify such poor service!

Wonil Handwritten is a really nice new hotel where the service was excellent—exactly what we have come to expect from Accor Hotels. In particular, Joshi provided outstanding service, listened to us, and was genuinely helpful. We only changed hotels to be closer to the city, but our experience here was exceptional.

The best and biggest room is unfortunately located on the 2nd floor, directly in front of the huge air conditioning motors, which can be a bit noisy. However, aside from that, the outstanding crew goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.

Congratulations to the team for their dedication and excellent service!

What a great getaway! The view from the room of the water was great, the location was perfect to get out of town, but the best part was Hayley from customer service. She went above and beyond to over deliver on our night away from home. She made us feel very special. Thank you, Hayley!

An amazing location with a view that is just about unrivaled. However, the view is carrying the hotels poor service.
From the moment I arrived, the service was notably lack lustre.
I stayed for a few days and struggled on my own to carry my bags, however reception suggested I make a few trips and chuckled at me struggling, no offer to assist.
On day one the coffee machine didn’t work at breakfast but their replacement service forgot my order twice, I had coffee after my meal. The breakfast buffet is a stretch of the imagination. A buffet contains a range of items, not just bread and odd museli that you reinforce bunkers with.
I was informed on the first day the restaurant would be closed for a private event, they did offer room service as an alternative. At arrival to breakfast on day 2 at just after 9 (on the weekend) I was informed they had a busy lunch and were closing the ‘buffet’ early.  I was asked to hurry up and place my order. The order arrived drowning in hollandaise, with one very poached rubbery egg. What is in these dishes that is intrinsically west Australian? I thought the menu was focused on this.
The hotel has all the makings of something amazing, the staff are really letting you down.
