I had an amazing stay at Wake Up Hostel! The facilities were clean, modern, and had a great atmosphere for meeting new people. What truly made my experience special was the exceptional service from Horacio. He went above and beyond to help me during my stay, always welcoming me with a smile and making sure I had everything I needed. His friendly attitude and willingness to assist made me feel right at home. Thanks to Horacio and the rest of the team, I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting

A few downsides: There’s not much to do besides your room or the lobby, which can be a bit annoying. Some rooms are pretty tight, especially when all the beds are taken. Also, the evening events can get a bit loud, making it hard to cook or just chill. And yeah, I’ve had a few disrespectful roommates who talk on the phone in the room at night or are just thoughtless in the mornings – but that’s not really the hostel’s fault. On the plus side: The rooms are cleaned daily, so it always feels fresh and well-kept. There are loads of activities and programs, making it super easy to meet people – perfect for solo travellers. The location is super central, everything is within walking distance. The staff is really friendly and helpful, and they give you awesome recommendations. I especially love the trip planner in the lobby – it’s a great way to plan out the next few weeks if you want to keep things spontaneous. Overall, I had a really good experience and would definitely recommend it!

The staff members are amazing. Mindy, Oscar, Jamie and Ethan made a great pub crawl and made our stay really nice and made us feel welcome at all times. We also did a city tour and loved it. I would highly recommend!

Had a great stay at Wake Up! Sydney Really enjoyed the pizza & beer pong night as well as the Trivia night! The reps were all very friendly and enthusiastic, especially handsome Will who was very knowledgeable and engaging!

The hotel is the right one for any backpacker, family or vacation, since the location is perfect for doing paperwork, moving where you need with transport and close to everything touristy. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen and the hall is perfect although at times with a lot of people, and as a detail to modify maybe it is the closing time of the kitchen and the air conditioning of the rooms since it is quite cold at times. We would go again since it is the right hostel to be in Sydney and we loved it! Nora from Front desk does an impeccable job, she makes you feel at home, always very friendly and helpful, it's nice to be received like this. Great work of Horacio cleaning staff always helping, advising people and doing their work in the best way whatever their work is
