Nice hotel. Good value for money. All the previous complaints about shower pressure being weak seems to have been fixed. Would stay there again if I am on a short trip to Batam.

Booked this hotel via Agoda because it has the best rates and good rating. Well, totally worth the stay. The room is quite spacious, clean and smells good. The toilet is also clean and huge. The room is complete with an aircond, hanger, tv, wifi and a hot shower. The location is very strategic, located at the centre of Nagoya with nearby attractions, malls and restaurants. The service is also great, staff is very welcoming and nice. The problem here is the parking is very limited and the road in front of this hotel is terrible. Other than that it's all perfect. I had an enjoyable experience and a pleasant stay.

Highly recommended hotel! Good manner team, responsive receptionist and polite room keepers. Specially thanks to the receptionist (Nova & Razzaq) and the room keeper (Razak) service! Didn’t read any review before booking, decided to book here because it’s newly builded and the price is consider cheaper! ? But NO REGRET! I think the hotel management did make improvement after reading all the reviews…as the toilet water pressure was strong (although a little weak for the sink) but all I need is a strong water pressure for shower ? so it’s great? The room was clean, no ciggratte smell and the floor was consider clean (a little dusty for corners that usually no one stand) but I walked around so I can feel a little diff…overall acceptable Ofcourse it can the perfect; so I would say theres another room we booked has cigarette smell, but we asked for solution and the team did provide air purifier which worked very well!

Everything was perfect, nice location, clean room, we stay here 4 day staff help to clean room everyday. Friendly staff!
