Grand Batam Mall #03-17, Jl. Pembangunan, Batu Selicin, Lubuk Baja, Batam City, Riau Islands 29441, Indonesia
If you're in the mood for a delightful afternoon tea experience, this place is a must-visit! The selection of pastries and desserts is extensive, making it a paradise for dessert lovers. I was particularly impressed by the variety offered, catering to every sweet tooth. The service was impressively quick—within a mere 10 minutes after placing our order, our drinks were served. This efficiency is a big plus, especially during busy hours. Speaking of busy, the venue was nearly full at 3 PM, which speaks volumes about its popularity. The pastries, especially the cakes, were standout highlights. Each bite was a testament to quality and flavour, making it hard to choose a favourite. If you’re craving desserts and coffee, I highly recommend stopping by for an indulgent treat. Overall, it was a delightful experience that I couldn't wait to repeat!
Bought the Guanaja chocolate cake and matcha mille crepe as takeaway after dinner. The chocolate cake was dry and chocolate tasted mild. The matcha mille was too creamy for us. Service was great though.
Huge choices of decadent pastries and cakes. Nice coffee too. Great place to chill and relax
We wanted to try this place out the first time we came to this mall but didn't get the chance. This time we came with our friends so we could try even more stuff, since they have a wide selection of pastries and cakes. We ordered the Dirty Choco Affogato, Lychee Iced Tea, Charcoal Pain au Chocolate, Croissant Ovomaltine Kit Kat, Ferrero Rocher Cake, Salted Caramel Chocolate Tart, and Big Bang Choco Shake. The Choco Affogato was disappointing, as there was no coffee at all, but just ice cream and hot chocolate syrup. They should call it chocolate sundae instead, as I'm pretty sure the term Affogato suggests there should be a shot of coffee. The chocolate shake, lychee iced tea, and salted caramel chocolate tart were normal but not exceeding any expectations. The Ferrero Rocher Cake was way too sweet for our liking. Usually, for Ferrero Rocher, we expect to taste a hazelnut-ish flavour, but there was none in this cake. Our friends really liked the Charcoal Pain au Chocolate as it was rich, and it had chocolate filling, though not barely enough. We're already fans of Ovomaltine and Kit Kat, so the croissant really met all our expectations. The pastry itself was fluffy and crispy, and the amount of Ovomaltine was just right, which gave the added crunchy texture in the chocolate layer.
Attentive service staff. Very nice pastries and drinks. Nice place to chill but very noisy surroundings.
