We had a fantastic stay at the Toyoko Inn! The room was spacious (for Japan at least) and very clean. Be aware that the bed is very firm, which I personally loved. The worker at the front desk was very kind and helped us ship our luggage to our next hotel (cash only). The entrance to Namba station was just a few meters away from the hotel which was super convenient. Breakfast was delicious, and there are drink vending machines in the lobby (with beer!) There is coin laundry in the lobby for 300 yen. I didn’t use it but there were always machines available when I walked by. Overall I was amazed with how great this hotel was considering how little I paid. I highly recommend it!

Location for a first-time visitor is perfect. The hotel itself is very clean, as shown in pictures. The lobby has many amenities, such as vending machines, ice and water, and seating to eat if you need. There is a large laundry to use if needed. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast provided is fine, especially if you're on a budget (although there was not a lot on offer, it was sufficient). The room is well lit and clean. Note there is not really anywhere to store clothing, and only a rail to hang a few items, so be prepared to live out of your suitcase. The bed is high enough to store suitcases under. The bed is very firm, but I hear this is common in Japan. Location is the star, train station at our doorstep, walking distance to shopping, Dotonbori, and all surrounds. I would stay here again without a doubt.

We enjoyed our stay here. It is centrally located near the subway station and walking distance to the train station. It is also close to the riverfront where there are numerous shops and restaurants. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast that is included had a large variety of options to choose from. They also offer free storage lockers in case it is needed for a early arrival or check out. A very positive experience overall.

Stayed 2 nights at this property and it was a amazing stay. Check in was a breeze even though it was via heir self-check-in computers. There was a staff over-seeing the process which made it personal. Once done, I got to my assigned room. Room was clean and super cosy! It was comfortable and I did have a good rest on both nights that I stayed. What I enjoyed was the free breakfast that was provided. There were lots of options and the dining hall was spacious and welcoming! Breakfast starts from 06:30 to 09:00hrs. Definitely a great way to start the morning! Location of the property was fantastic! Near Dotonbori and about 10 mins walk from the Nankai Rapid Train station. Super convenient. Definitely will choose this property if I go back to Osaka again!
