We travelled to Tokyo and stayed at this hotel with 5 people (2 children and 3 adults) in a twin room which had 4 twin beds. Overall we're very impressed with this hotel. The reception is a very well oiled machine which shows that they expect, and handle, high volumes of foreign travellers. Most staff speak fluent English and the check in process was very smooth and well versed. Our room had 4 twin beds side by side, which managed to not feel claustrophobic even with 5 people. The room itself was very nicely furnished, with a giant mirror in the bathroom, bidet toilet and a shower/bath combo. The shower was a bit quirky, but not worth taking points from. The location is also sublime. We chose this hotel for it's proximity to shiomi station. The station was very easy to access and use, and gave us path into Tokyo and also to DisneyLand/Sea (only 3 stops away). The district and surroundings are very quiet, and we felt extremely safe being out at any time of the day. Other talking points include the room being cleaned every day by default, along with beds being made. There is a laundry onsite which was very easy to use. At one point we asked the reception if we could get sheets changed on one bed as it was wet over night, and it was done without issue. Overall, very, very happy with this hotel. Would recommend and would come back.

Our 5-day stay in Tokyo was exceptional! The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and all spoke English, which made everything so much easier. The rooms were surprisingly spacious—especially by Japan standards—and very comfortable for a family stay. Having a Family Mart just downstairs was super convenient for grabbing essentials or quick snacks. The hotel’s restaurant and bar are on the pricier side, but the fact that they stay open until midnight was a big plus after long sightseeing days. Taxi services were readily available right from the lobby, and the train station was within walking distance, making it easy to get around. The location was also great—only about 20 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes to TeamLabs. We saw plenty of families and kids around, so it’s definitely family-friendly. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Tokyo!

100/10 will be coming back again when we visit Tokyo. Super convenient, with a station right outside it. Takes roughly 15-20min tops (3 stops) to get Tokyo station, making it super easy. And for folks staying to visit Tokyo Disneyland/Sea, this place is also only 3 stops away from there as well! There's also a Family Mart on the 1st floor, as well as a supermarket and 7Eleven nearby (less then a couple of blocks). Good nearby restaurants too, with one across the street that's open 24 hours for those of you who are night owls Room was super clean and spacious, LOTS of space (we booked the Deluxe King room). Plenty of toiletries available too. Front desk was wonderful too, with lovely staff. They can also help you schedule your luggage transport service as well. Onsen was incredibly clean and easy to find.

This is a really lovely hotel but it may be a bit out of the way for some people. There is an adjacent train station that takes you to the centre of Tokyo so will likely be suitable for most. The hotel is quite new with good size rooms. The restaurant is big and gets busy at breakfast. The buffet for breakfast is extensive with many options. At night it is quiet but plan ahead for your dinners because there isn't much close by. There is a good sushi place down the street which we found very impressive.

The hotel was SO clean, didn’t need to wipe down ANYTHING. We loved the deep tub, was so good to come back to after a day of walking. Compared to the states they were above and beyond, FIVE STARS. It was spacious enough for three suitcases, and were able to sleep and eat with ease. We really appreciated their luggage forwarding service as well. 2 suitcases was 30 dollars, and once we had checked them in before 11:00 am they arrived right on time to our next hotel the next day. They do provide amenities, just in small quantities. Like the lotion is in tiny packets but you can grab as much as you need. The staff was very kind and accommodating. We loved the hotel hot pool as well. Wasn’t exactly an Onsen, but the vibes were similar. Also in a very nice quant neighborhood, even though you are RIGHT next to the station. My husband needed a suica card and he was able to get the actual card from there as well. 7/11 and family mart are only a small walk away. Actually the family mart is literally attached to the hotel, you can access it from the inside, on the lobby floor. Definitely recommend!
