Vegan UZU ramen is very delicious with thick and rich cream broth. The matcha coconut ice cream is ok decent but not strong matcha taste. The tea bag is very strong taste love it Overall is great experience, I sit in front of two chef and watch them making vegan ramen from the beginning to the serve. So satisfied!

Delicious ramen with gluten free noodles available, but boiled in the same water as gluten-containing noodles, so not the most celiac safe. After a wonderful afternoon at team labs, where this restaurant is located, I opted to take the risk and get the ramen anyway. I have to say, it was very tasty with peanut-flavoured broth that adds the flavour and weight that can be hard to achieve without meat! The vegetables were grilled, which added even more flavour complexity. For dessert, we went for the matcha coconut ice cream and strawberry sorbet. If you’re only going to get one flavour, I’d recommend the matcha coconut as it was thickened nicely by the coconut milk. Overall, an excellent place to check out if you’re not strict with your celiac disease or are gluten intolerant.

After a fun day at team Lab, we had their vegan ramen. It was actually phenomenal, definitely one of the best ramen dishes I've ever had. Ordering was pretty quick and easy. However finding a spare table for the three of us was difficult. We were lucky and snatched the only free table and grabbed a chair from another one. Wait time was a little long, but definitely worth it for the ramen. The ramen was creamy, flavorful, and had a good umami broth. Noodles had a good consistency and I loved each of the veggies they added to it. I personally love raw onions so I liked that and the crunchy Lotus was so good. I wish I had more of the crunchy Lotus toppings. It provided a nice contrast to the other softer textures in the ramen. Those two veggies were my favorites. Also the portion size was perfect. I don't have any complaints to say, this ramen was that good. We also ordered the Yuzu and Matcha vegan ice creams after finishing our noodles. The Yuzu was more of a sorbet. Both were really delicious. The Yuzu sorbet was very tart, and the Matcha ice cream was also very creamy. I preferred the Matcha over the Yuzu but both desserts were fantastic. I will always rave about this place. Thank you for the warm service and taking care of us.

Possibly the best ramen I had this trip or ever. Who knew a vegan ramen could be so delicious and full of flavour. There was a bit of a wait for the meal, but very worth it. It was presented beautifully and very to nice to get so many vegetables in a dish. Was a good way to end our time at teamlab after many hours of exploring and enjoying the teamlab experience

I love that the museum has a vegan restaurant on the grounds! It makes perfect sense considering the environmental benefits to our planet of eating less meat and dairy. To be very clear, since I couldn't get a straight answer reading the reviews beforehand: you cannot eat here until you have been admitted to the museum. We arrived at 2pm hoping to eat first, but had to wait until our 3pm entrance time. Once you're in the museum, you have no time limit, and can eat here whenever you like. The restaurant is actually outside of the museum but still within the security zone that requires tickets. Both the ramen and the muffin we ordered we excellent and so I highly recommend giving it a try, especially if you're not vegan.
