The room was lovely and clean, the spa bath was not working though and when you turn the shower on, the bath tap ran as well, the little push button to change the flow of water from the bath tap to the shower was not working so you had to have both taps running while showering. Everything else about the rooms was lovely though. The pool is beautiful. My only suggestion is that they should provide pool towels. The website doesn't mention that you need to bring your own pool towels so we ended up using the shower towels. But it's a lovely pool. The location is great, very central to everything in the Swan valley. The grounds are beautiful and the gardens are lovely. It was fun having a coffee watching the keen supa golfers head off for their games in the morning. The Cafe was nice, and they have a happy hour between 5-6pm which is lovely. But the breakfast is very basic and overpriced. But the staff there are super friendly. Great customer service. All in all, I loved my stay and will definitely stay again.

We had such a lovely stay at the Swan Valley Hotel. The reception staff were great. Room was just perfect and so clean. We used the pool, which again, was so good. We ate at Bailey's just up the road, as Gerry's is shut Monday and Tuesday evenings. Baileys was a great place to spend the evening as it was open until 10 pm. Altogether a brilliant stay!

Lovely small hotel with nice facilities and pool. Had everything you need in a compact room but well thought out. Very clean and great location would definitely stay again if in the area. Does have an on line pre check in process- has to be on line if you are arriving after 5pm (so 3 stars for service is due to this).

I had a rough start to my holiday and spent the night with you guys. I had a bit of drama regarding a holding deposit. Which was not mentioned when I booked the room on line. Cleared it up and then had a great night sleep. Very friendly and accommodating staff looked after me perfectly. Thanks heaps. I’m extremely happy with the room.
