Great experience at this hotel! The rooms are spacious! My second visit and both times were a pleasure. I got upgraded to a suite which was lovely. I still need to visit the rooftop. Only downside for me is it’s in Times Square but if that’s where you want to be this is a great option.

From the very moment we arrived when Andre greeted us we immediately felt like we were home. He represents the face of the hotel , and is always so helpful . Maggie checked us in such a welcoming way, and our whole experience at this lovely historic hotel completed our anniversary trip to NYC ! The room was spacious and very well appointed with beautiful furnishings, and very nice robes. But this experience is all about the wonderful people that work here . Sayem , Diana , David, Jimmy , and many more that help make this one of our most memorable stays in NYC ever! The rooftop is amazing , and the hostess was so welcoming . Food was delicious! Thank you to all the staff for such an amazing experience.

What a delight to stay at The Knickerbocker! The rooms are designed so beautifully... simple and modern lines that somehow fit perfectly into the gorgeous historic building. The bathroom amenities make you feel like you're in a spa! A stone's throw from "The Crossroads of the World and yet quiet and restful inside. I especially appreciated the hotel's commitment to environmental sustainability! I will definitely stay at The Knickerbocker again when I need to do an overnight in the city!

Our recent stay was fantastic. The service and attention was incredible! The rooms are fresh and bathrooms were nice and clean and new. The location was so nice for the show we picked and we could also get up or down town. Great trip!

Of all the places we could've stayed in Times Square, this was such a better choice than most! The rooms were very big for being in Midtown and were well serviced throughout the day. We had housekeeping come in the morning and again for turndown service after dinner. They took excellent care of our room - it was very clean! We were staying on the top floor, but couldn't hear anything from the rooftop bar which was very nice. (Often an issue in similar places.) Concierge was super helpful and the entire staff was very kind and thoughtful. Would stay here again!
