This was such a pleasant surprise if a hotel; we booked last minute for one night before our flight back to the States the following morning. The staff was super accommodating. They scheduled a taxi pickup for us, they stored my husbands surf boards, and they were super friendly and efficient with our checkin. Great choice for a hotel near the airport!

We had a few problems with the room. The ladies at the front desk were very apologetic and did all they could to fix the issues. Finally, moving us to a different room so they could fix the issues. They provided the highest service I have ever encountered. They made me feel like family!! I wish all employees made me feel this good. Owner...take care of the ladies at the front desk they deserve a raise. Highest praises to them!!!

My wife and I came to stay here for a 3 day trip to Brisbane, the staff are very friendly and helpful, Pat was very friendly and helpful. The room is nice with the bathroom having both a bath and shower combined, the bed is comfortable and the location is great, close to the airport, eat street and the city. Would highly recommend picking this hotel for your stay in brisbane

Arrived at 11pm, their after hours late check in service is efficient and very friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Even a small bar/restaurant. Will definitely stay here again

I booked The Kingsford Hotel last minute and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The room is beautifully appointed and clean. The hotel is on a main road but the double glazing of the windows made such a difference with the traffic noise. It is 15 minutes from the airport and close to cafes along the river. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for their customer service.
