My stay at this hotel has always been excellent. The service, comfort, and overall experience consistently meet my expectations. The room was comfortable, the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, and the service was exceptional. Thanks to the front desk for the smooth check-in and a special thank you to Sister Adalina who was warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect with a friendly smile. Highly recommend! This will be my go-to hotel in Batam. Kudos to the entire team!

Had a pleasant stay for two nights here and it is worth the price. The room is clean, spacious and there's basic amenities provided. For ironing, you have to call them to deliver it to your room. The staffs are very friendly, from the guard, check-in counter and servers in dining area. It is located near to Grand Batam mall so you just have to walk for few minutes without crossing the main road. It is quiet at night. Will stay here if visiting Batam again next time.

First impression of the interiors of the hotel are modern, Front Desk, dinning & house keeping area staffs are friendly & attentive to guests' request even though it wasn't a hoilday or peak period. As for our rooms, it wasn't as modern as the front reception area. Some of their utilities need to upgrade; like the toilet bowl/flush was hard to push down. Kettle, lightings, fridge. I hope the rooms are as modern as the whole hotel advertised, when we book with this hotel at other country next time.

Pros: 1. Service/Staff was polite, friendly and efficient. 2. Rooms was clean and no funky smell. 3. Mattress and pillows was very comfortable. 4. Location is very close to Grand Mall, just 1-2mins leisure stroll away. 5. We got very nice unobstructed view of the main road side. 6. Price was reasonbly good, taking into consideration we went on the long Vesak day weekend holiday, both in Batam and Sgp. 7. Breakfast spread was good, way exceeded my expectations. Cons: 1.The lift lobby at level 6, where our rooms are, was kinda stuffy, poor air circulation. Has that stale feeling. (my apologies, correct location edited) 2. Shower space is extremely small and has poor splash/water drainage design. 3. Aircon filter was horrendous! I removed and cleaned them myself - then the aircon was awesome. 4. TV channels was very fuzzy, not really a big deal for us. Overall, we would stay again if need to but we do like to try other establishments in area too.

Malls and restaurant were all walking distance. Room was clean. The TV had prime and netflix you can log in to. Breakfast was normal not very big spread but acceptable. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Thank you will definitely book again.
