Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of paradise on Earth! Everything was absolutely perfect — the atmosphere was intimate, offering a sense of peace and privacy, while the staff was incredibly attentive and always ready to provide exceptional service ; with special thanks to Putu ?. Every detail was carefully thought out to ensure a truly unforgettable experience. The bar and restaurant were equally impressive, serving delicious food and drinks at very reasonable prices. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and will cherish these memories forever. Highly recommended!

We stayed in Sudamala for four nights, and it was a great experience. View was great, with Mt. Agung literally rightttt there. We had a panoramic room, and it was very spacious, and strangely enough even two showers. The balcony was very large and the bedding was comfortable (large bed) Amenities were great too, and it is 100% beach front, with a perfectly clear blue water beach that is, in fact, swimmable! In terms of location, it is quite close to the ports and the Nipah area, but overall Senggigi is not a particularly busy area. The staff would be more than happy to provide you with recommendations, though, and the hotel is right next to the bluebird depot, which made taxis very easy. If I had to nitpick, I would say the alcoholic drinks were pretty subpar… but the happy hour makes up for it. Breakfast was also just pretty average, but was pretty ok. Pool was great, so was the spa. Would love to come back next time I’m in Lombok again. Cheers!

Sudamala Resort, Senggigi is a beautiful hotel close to Senggigi harbour, convenient for a couple of nights stopover on the way to Gili Air. But it was so nice we wished we had longer to stay there. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Comfy bed, and probably the best pillows we have found in our many travels! Perfect for a good nights sleep. We had a great time with Chef Juandi for a delicious cooking class, great recipes for red, yellow and green curry, vegetable curry and sambal. Also delicious little balls made from dough of rice flour, sticky rice flour with a bit of palm sugar poked into the middle of them, then boiled. Samu In, and Indra also helped. Was very interesting and fun. The staff make this hotel wonderful, they are all friendly and very helpful, fun to chat with! Thankyou Anis, Putu and Laras for making Happy Hour at the bar, and dinner at the restaurant so enjoyable.☺️ Happy and kind to us. And Aswati too. And thankyou Norman and Abib for great room service, and thoughtful floral touches. The Mango Tree spa located at this hotel was wonderful, and have done a seperate review for the very professional massuses, Bari and Hus of the Mango Tree Spa. From welcoming staff, Dwi, at the reception desk at check in and until check out, this hotel was a great experience!

I recently stayed at the resort as part of a yoga holiday and had a deeply restorative experience. The resort is small and rustic, with just one restaurant and a bar, which adds to its laid-back charm. While the property is clearly older and shows signs of age—something that did bother me at times—I still felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive. Housekeeping even left me a handwritten note on my last day, which was a lovely personal touch. Waking up to the sound of the waves just outside my room was a highlight; the beachfront location truly offers a sense of peace and connection with nature. That said, I wouldn’t consider it a true 5-star resort as some reviews on Google Maps suggest. The facilities are basic, and while the setting is beautiful, those expecting luxury might be disappointed. Still, if you’re looking for a place to unwind, be near the ocean, and experience kind hospitality, this could be a good fit—just come with the right expectations.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and helpful without being intrusive. They took care of our well-being and were always happy to provide us with tips and recommendations. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained and clean, with a stunning view of the sea directly from our location. The service was fast and efficient, and the staff were always available when we needed them. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. The combination of friendly staff, excellent facilities, and outstanding service makes it an ideal place to stay. 5/5 stars
