I recently stayed at this hotel but forgot to submit a review. The room's interior had a charming vintage feel, and the entire staff was exceptionally professional and friendly. I would particularly like to highlight the security personnel, especially a gentleman named K7, who made a lasting impression. His strong presence and polished appearance truly suited his role in the hotel. While assisting us with our luggage, he greeted us with a warm smile that made us feel welcomed. My husband, who is also a security manager, remarked on how well-suited K7 is for his position, and we both believe the hotel made an excellent choice in appointing him as a security guard. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we were grateful for the attentive service.

I book this place following the good reviews that I went thru Check in was smooth and fast by Saran.The buffet breakfast is great with so much to chose from,you be spoiled for choice in your diet Their buffet dinner has so much of seafood dishes.,choice of meaty dishes,various malay pastries that's for Ramadan guest and others,DIY chendol,ice kachang,fruit cocktails. The rooms is extremely great in terms of cleanliness,and complete with whatever you need during your stay.I find it so comfortable and had 3 nights of Good Sleep.The management of this hotel has taken great steps to sustain this type of service for the guests requirements. Keep up the good work..

Easy breezy check in and check out with very efficient front desk team. The room was comfortable, clean and cozy. The parking is complimentary after registering car plate details with the front desk. The breakfast cafe is quite small and was not able to properly accommodate the large amount of occupants who were staying there since there was a convention held in its meeting venue. Close to many good eateries and in the heart of Georgetown, a good place to stay.
