1 Komtar, 10100 George Town, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia
This is a bit of fun mainly for the kids. Many of the displays are well thought out and animated. Doesn’t take long to go through it and you are mostly guided by staff. It’s a nice thing as part of the Komtar 5 attraction ticket.
Queue is a bit long since it is a weekends and PH for National Day. Advisable to buy ticket online earlier. The kids really love the dinosaur. ? It’s a great experience to see their size and look at them closely. IMO better went early as it is quite hot in the afternoon. Bring umbrella or wear cap for afternoon or evening session for the outside walks. Some of the dinosaur really need to be repaired and maintained as they loose their teeth and got some peeling already?? Must visit!
An interesting attraction for people of all ages. I thought there might be a scare or two along the way, like the film, but there were none. They focus more on educating visitors, rather than scaring them. Plenty of static and moving models. Some of the research centre is outdoors, so you would need an umbrella on days that it rained.
