Stayed for 2 days related to business. Easy check in and parking. Comfy bed, and pillow selection. Very good bathroom with great water pressure and toiletries selections. Walking distance to decent cafes and a pub a couple of doors down. Would definitely stay again.

I recently stayed 2 nights for business. The most important thing to note is there is a major construction happening across the street. This could impact you if you sleep past 6:30am, I don’t. The team were very upfront about the possible noise and true to form the noise did start, right on 6:30 am and was exactly by how they described it to be. At first arrival I was treated with a hand written note on my bed, ear plugs, a special snack. The room was a micro room and was really well laid out. My bed was comfy, room was dark and there was zero noise, until 6:30 am. This is a perfect location so no doubt once the council building works are complete this will be a perfect place to stay.

Nice hotel in a convenient location. We travelled with our pup as the hotel is pet friendly. Staff were very helpful and polite. Had room service over our 3 night stay through QA hotel next door. Food was very nice. Parking below building off side street (lift access). There is construction across the street but the noise is consistent, so becomes background sound. Would stay again without question.

We’ve just checked in and boy, I’ve never met a more pet-friendly hotel. Ever! Winnie and I have stayed in a few, and this one takes the cake. Pet beds, bowls and treats all supplied, and a super easy walk to a grassed area for the toilet. Even our own little courtyard area to chill out together. The perfect little getaway with my fur-baby, thank you!

During our stay, we were warmly welcomed by a newer staff member at the front desk—a young woman of Indigenous/ Indian heritage or similar heritage—who was truly exceptional. She greeted us each day with a radiant smile and was consistently helpful, friendly, and professional. While all the hotel staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, her genuine warmth and attentive service stood out. She is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the hotel's management team.
