First time overnight here on work related visit. Pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable the hotel is. Service by the staff were tops. Location is also central and strategic. Very good breakfast spread with wide selection and tastes good too. Will stay here again.

Great, clean rooms for family stay. The view from the window was poor but this did not detract from our experience. The service was good. We went during Lunar New Year so there were unfortunate delays and slips but the staff did their best to accomodate us. Locations is top notch, near many modes of transportation and malls. Rides to most attractions are only about 20 mins by taxi.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast opened relatively late, but they offered to prepare a take away Sandwich. Even though I did not take it, I teally appreciated the offer. The room was facing a back street where people started working around or something else at 5.30 in the morning. That was not ideal but nothing to blame the hotel.

The hotel is easy to locate and the service received was top class. The service is prompt, very friendly and the variety was unbelievable..couldn't get to complete all the options available.. internet service is top class.. the upgrade was the icing on the cake.

I enjoyed my stay at the Royal Plaza on Scott's, we were upgraded upon check in and that was a great start of the vacation. The couple of reasons I put 4 stars in the rooms was that there was hair in the bed and under the blanket ( It was most definitely not from any of us since we both have short hair and the hair was super long) also the chair in the bed room gave me an allergic reaction. My skin was so itchy from getting in contact with it. Other than that the service was amazing and the staff are really friendly and helpful.
