From the moment we arrived until we left,the service made us want to return again. For breakfast ,there was a wide variety of delicious food. Fresh juices were available every day. The roti canai and roti tissue were absolutely amazing. The conggee also nice. The service from Miss Felicia,Mr Kaong and the team at the Family Lounge was excellent. It was my first time visiting such a kids friendly lounge. My kids was fully had so much fun playing while enjoying the food.The pool is huge and feels like a theme park. The facilities are super clean and well maintained.

I recently attended a meeting at the Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel. The meeting room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed to run a smooth and productive session. The setup was professional, the environment was quiet, and the overall ambiance really helped us stay focused throughout the meeting. What stood out to me the most was the attention to detail in the meeting space — from the seating arrangement to the lighting and technical facilities, everything was perfectly in place. It reflected the hotel’s high standards in hosting professional gatherings. The staff were friendly and supportive, always ready to assist whenever we needed anything, which really added to the positive experience.

I stayed at the hotel from 29-31st May with my family in the executive suite (upgraded upon arrival) I’d like to commend the excellent service during my stay at the Renaissance Hotel. Special thanks to Amanda, who was on duty at the Evolution restaurant during breakfast. When we mentioned that the fried rice was too spicy for our son, she immediately arranged for the chef to prepare a kid-friendly version just for him for breakfast everyday. He really enjoyed it throughout our stay. Thank you, Amanda, for your attentiveness and for helping make our stay more comfortable and memorable. Just one minor improvement that i would like to see for the hotel is - seats or sofa for waiting area in front of the check in/out counters ? Other than that, truly enjoyed our stay at Renaissance and definitely would return.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The waterpark was a highlight—fun, exciting, and well-maintained. The kids also loved the playground, which was clean and safe. The entire hotel was spotless, from the rooms to the common areas. It was a truly enjoyable and relaxing experience for the whole family. We would definitely come back again!
