Certainly one of the best hotels in Seoul. I live the large gym and the pool with incredible sunset view. Breakfast was really good. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is not optimal for public transport. You have to take a taxi most of the time. Very good drinks at the bar.

I have to say it is a 5* hotel. The hotel location is fantastic, the heart of Gangnam where there are plenty of beauty shops and restaurants. If you want to go to other areas they call a taxi for you that arrives within 5 mins. Rooms were very spacious, my girlfriend and I stayed a week in the lowest category room and it was very clean and spacious, we did not feel claustrophobic. The hotel itself has good dining options and one of Asia's 50 best restaurants. The room service was the only aspect I think could be improved with more late night options and variety. The airport transfer was very smooth and the transfer back to the airport at the end of our trip was complimentary - which was a nice touch. The best thing about this Hotel is the staff, they made it a pleasure to stay there. All very well trained and top customer service, they gave good restaurant recommendations. It was a great experience and I would certainly stay here again, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul.

It’s our first trip to Seoul and we have been truly impressed with the Josun Palace. The place is well lit, excellent customer service from the bell stand, front desk, breakfast, modern and clean rooms, delicious and varied breakfast selections, etc. And did I mention the gym and pool? One of the BEST gyms ever! Wow! We still have yet to explore the area, but we have been very impressed with our stay so far! Highly recommend! Thank you, Josun Palace, for the A+ treatments and professional service! This will be our go to whenever travel takes us to Seoul!
