Great place to stay, clean rooms & great service. Convenient when you are attending a concert at the Brisbane Entertainment centre but I've noticed they do raise the room prices when a concert is on.

Extremely kid friendly. Great location and staff were absolutely lovely upon check in. Kids loved the pool and the cabins were clean. Main hed mattress was a bit hard but the 2 singles were great. Everything we needed was there.

Didnt HATE it but it could have been better...A little run down and could have done with a clean.  Room was a little dark and dusty, reluctant to use the blanket on top of the cupboard but had no choice as I got cold.  Staff were helpful and friendly but office seemed to be closed the entire time I was there.

Not the stay we envisaged. We paid $660 for two nights for a three bedroom cabin. The screen door was broken and didn’t shut, let alone lock. The bedrooms were so small the beds were jammed against the doors and they didn’t fully open in two of the rooms.  One of the bedroom doors didn’t shut at all. One bedroom door was accidentally locked by a child and it was then we realised we weren’t given all the keys to the unit. The person on call wasn’t able to fix it and we had to wait for someone else to see if they were able to unlock it, claiming the barrel had slipped and that’s why the key didn’t fit. The toilet was dirty and there was mould in crevices of the shower and on the ceiling.

Our stay was a disaster. We found spiders and insects on the bed, and the toilet was filthy. When we informed the staff, they shrugged it off, saying, "It’s clean, and sometimes this happens." They promised to look into it, but no one ever followed up.

This experience completely ruined our time and trip. The lack of cleanliness and unresponsive staff make this place absolutely unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere!
