Fantastic location. The staff are very helpful. A special shout out to Mr. Wan of IT dept for installing the wifi router in the room as signal was weak. Stayed in the club room. The club lounge was great and each day we looked forward to their evening servings. The bed was super comfortable. Hot shower was great. The rooms are functional though a bit outdated. The breakfast was good but the dishes never change, so becomes monotonous. Housekeeping was excellent. Special thanks to the check in staff Mr. Idaehil, for alloting a room with a view of the twin towers. ( sorry if I have got the name wrong). We have been coming to Impiana since the last 14 years. Great stay. Thank you to the entire team.

My Review of My Stay at Impiana KLCC Hotel (May 24–25, 2025): I stayed at Impiana KLCC Hotel for one night during a short vacation in Kuala Lumpur. The check-in process was fast and the staff were polite and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the Petronas Towers. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-stocked with essentials. The hotel’s location is excellent—within walking distance of KLCC and Pavilion. I also enjoyed a quick dip in the rooftop pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast had a wide variety, and the food was fresh and tasty. The staff in the dining area were attentive and friendly. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again. Rating: 4/5

Great location in the city center with walking distance to landmarks such as KLCC and the PETRONAS Twin Towers. The room is spacious and suitable for business travelers. Great selection of in-house restaurants and breakfast was great. Clean and well maintained.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the service was efficient, and the reception staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my visit. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, and I especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which was well-maintained and relaxing. However, the only drawback I encountered was the restaurant service. I ordered a Margherita pizza as in-room dining for dinner. Unfortunately, there was a long delay in both response and preparation, and when the pizza finally arrived, it was disappointing. It tasted more like uncooked dough with an overwhelming amount of raw tomato on top. The flavor was very poor and far from what I expected. Overall, aside from the dining experience, everything else about the hotel was great and made for a comfortable stay.

Highly recommended! Stayed here recently and it was an excellent experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Service was top-notch — staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful throughout the stay. Location is unbeatable, right in the heart of KL with easy access to KLCC and Pavilion via the connecting bridge. Will definitely come again for my next trip!
