The hotel food was good. A solid selection of dishes, well-prepared and tasty. Overall, a satisfying dining experience. I also want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Armirul F&B Asst. Manager during today Ramadhan Iftar. Armirul consistently went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was exceptional. Their attention to detail, genuine warmth, and proactive approach truly stood out. He even checked in with me during the meal to ensure everything was to my liking. Great experience

Room is comfy and well equipped. Come with bolster quite special. Front office staff very friendly. Breakfast is not up to expectations. Kitchen not ready at peak hours. 8am egg station not ready. Nasi lemak rice finish and need to wait long time for refill. Food quality so so.

Good functional room with very comfortable bed, strong water pressure for the shower, separate toilet & bathroom, mini fridge, safe, and even iron & ironing board. What I like best is that short bolsters are provided in the room. Had a really good night’s sleep. Good variety and quality buffet breakfast. Eggs are served to your table after you place your order at the egg station; no need to queue and wait there. Most commendable part of this hotel is the customer service. From front desk to breakfast restaurant, all the staff are friendly with a smile. You can feel that everyone is making an effort to make your day. The only down side is the location. At night, the hotel is surrounded by male workers loitering around so it doesn’t feel safe to step out. Anyway there are hardly any shops or food outlets in the surrounds so it doesn’t matter to stay put in the hotel. Parking is in the basement. Overall, I would recommend staying in this hotel as it gives excellent value for money and I would stay here again if I were to be around this part of Johor again.

Pleasant stay. the room is comfortable. the service staffs were polite and professional. even for the housekeeper too. however, the location is no where near amenities and rather inconvenience if you don't drive. safety wise can improve a bit more especially for the carpark. kind of secluded and can't control who enter the carpark..maybe the security can improve further. certainly, we will revisit again. see you

it was almost perfect. do wish there was a light next to the entrance. it is a little dark there. the light from the toilet doesn't quite reach. only unfortunate thing is the surrounding area doesn't have much in the way of the usual shopping. there are shops but they cater to the foreign workers who stay in nearby worker dorms. it is peaceful and safe but nothing to do around the area
