Mr Woo is very knowledgeable and extremely patient. He will explain a little about pottery before he starts the lesson. We paid RM120 and were given four pieces of clay to play with, and we could pick one to bring home (You're able to pick it up in 2-3 weeks) There'll be maximum of 6 students in one round. Good experience ?
Five Stars and Clay-tastic Fun! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you're looking for an experience that's as unique as it is satisfying, look no further than A Leaf Pottery 一葉陶苑! The boss's daughter's infectious smile and bubbly personality put us at ease. She explained the process with such clarity and humor, making even the most technical aspects feel light and fun. Under two gorgeous young ladies' patient guidance, I went from a clay novice to a Sake Bottle maker in no time. By the end of the class, I wasn't just holding a (slightly lopsided) mug, I was holding a tangible memory of a truly delightful experience. One piece of work is included, RM30 for your second piece, which we did & totally worth it. The studio itself is a charming space with a welcoming atmosphere.
A pottery workshop opened by a humble and genuine family of potters. Overall we had a great experience here. The place was visually pleasing with a calm atmosphere. We were most impressed with the clear step by step instructions and constant guidance given which was much appreciated for beginners like us. To top it off, price is reasonable compared to others around. Will definitely be back, thank you for the experience! ?
Workshop: Hand-Built Small Mug (RM100 per pc) Booked via Instagram DMs, was given a few options for different projects we could take on. Smooth booking process overall! We arrived about 15 minutes late due to traffic (gave them a heads-up on Instagram) and she was kind enough to let us join the ongoing class. Thank you! The teacher is cheerful and fun! She was also very knowledgeable and patient with us -- her shining passion for pottery was very evident in the way she taught. The workshop was structured while still allowing for creative freedom! We took quite a while for some parts of the workshop but she didn't rush us and made sure to explain each step properly. Overall, we had a very fun time here! Thank you so much, A Leaf Pottery.
My wife and I had so much fun together during this class. The teacher was very kind and helpful while teaching us how to do pottery. And the prices are affordable.
