We had a wonderful stay at this hotel as a team. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well-organized. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our group stay very enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests. We also encountered a late check-out issue due to our travel schedule, and the hotel handled it very kindly and professionally, allowing us to extend our stay without any hassle. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for everyone in our group — definitely a five-star stay. Highly recommended!

Very very pleased with the Service I received from Lin and Apple ! Unbelievably friendly and helpful during the breakfast service and checkout. They were smiling and happy to help with any request, a breath of fresh air to wake up to in the morning. Happy with the hotel layout and location, parking was easy and affordable, rooms were clean and checkout at 12pm was a bonus, the extra hour is much appreciated.

I stay at the Ibis hotel in Borehamwood regularly for work. I have got to know the hotel staff very well over the last six months, who are all exceptionally helpful and attentive. Especially Sofia, who I can always rely on for a warm welcome with a smile and outstanding customer service. The hotel facilities are more than adequate and the food in the restaurant is always cooked fresh, presented well and served with care. The hotel perfectly suits my needs when travelling for work, however it is the staff that always make my stay extra special and why this hotel remains my preferred place to stay in Borehamwood.

Recently stayed for 2 nights the staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and hot. We had dinner both evenings and could not fault the food definitely stay and recommend this hotel. Beds comfortable rooms clean 5 stars from me
